Scott’s Creative Home is a full service interior design firm located in Urbandale, Iowa, with a satellite location in Columbus, Ohio. We offer traditional interior design services for clients who need one-on-one, in-home consultation and advice on their interior design projects. We also offer e-Design services, allowing us to help you achieve the home of your dreams regardless of your geographic location.

Our Process

The first step in our process is a telephone consultation during which we will ask you questions about your project, home, family, lifestyle and goals for your space including your must-haves and can’t-stands. Next, one of our designers will arrange to meet with you (and your family) in your home to assess the space and determine the project scope. We will develop a project proposal for you that works within your budget and timeline while helping you to prioritize your design decisions.

Our designers work both for you and with you. If you want us to manage every last detail of the process so you don’t need to worry about a thing, we can do that. If you prefer to purchase your items on your own over time, we can provide a shopping list of everything you need and recommendations for sources. We partner with top-of-the-line, skilled contractors and oversee them throughout the process in order to deliver results of impeccable quality.

All projects are unique, and we can create a custom package, tailored just for you that works for your goals and your budget.

If you simply require an in-home or in-studio consultation without committing to a complete design package, we are happy to meet with you.
